Duels

Duels are formal, staff-judged events held as a battle between two members of the forum and their respective characters. Characters may challenge each other in roleplay to a fight, with a formal Duel proposal made outside of roleplay to confirm the willing participation of both parties.

- Duel challenges can be turned down, you don't have to participate in one if you don't want to.
- If you enter your character in a Duel, your opponent has permission to kill your character they want to.
- Duels involve both participants writing a short story or making a comic depicting the fight between their two characters. It does not have to end in the death of your opponent's character, and you may resolve the Duel however you wish, as long as it is in-character for the characters involved.
- You have control of both of the characters, so while rules like no god-modding no longer apply, the characters must still be depicted realistically according to their personalities, strengths, and weaknesses.
- The winner of the Duel is decided by the staff. Creative entries that depict the characters most accurately and with visible effort win.
